Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package has been properly delivered and that we have received your invoice within the advertising period, please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct summary and spaces are properly seated, we do not accept responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will give the shipping charge a store credit for deducting your item (s).

If you reject any invoice from, you will be charged the original shipping charge, and return the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. ‘Bacterial Light’ has no obligation to distribute packages. We do not offer any refunds for the packages that are being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-30 days from the date the order was shipped, not necessarily the placement date. Once your payment has been approved and verified, it may take a few days to process your order unless otherwise stated. It does not include only estimates and weekly vacations or holidays. When your order is sent, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We employ the services of large trusted international carriers to complete your package quickly and securely. Shipping is offered to the following destinations:

United States 7-10 days
Western Europe: 10 - 21 days
The rest of the world is 14-21 days
Canada 7-12 days
UK 7-10 days
Australia 7-15 days
Order processing takes 3 business days before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing time (if any). Please note that order processing time does not include shipping deadlines.

We are not responsible for deliveries caused by customs or natural disasters, local carriers or aircraft, and land transport strikes or delays from your country's international, or deliveries made by additional tariffs, tariffs, or back-end charges.

Priority shipping and handling mean your order is placed in front of the queue. It will be handled quickly and very carefully from the warehouse! However, this will not affect the speed of shipping.
